Ledger is operated by Go Forth Living ("we", "us", "the seller"). When you use Ledger or buy a subscription, you are contracting with Go Forth Living.
By creating an account or continuing to use Ledger, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use Ledger.
Ledger is a personal life-admin tracker: it helps you record bills, subscriptions, warranties, renewals, documents, appointments, and obligations, and can generate a prioritized action list from the items you enter. Ledger is an organizational tool only — it does not provide financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and it does not pay bills or renew anything on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must not misuse Ledger. In particular, you must not:
Go Forth Living owns Ledger and all of its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Ledger within your selected plan. You retain ownership of the content you enter; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.
Paid plans (Ledger Pro) are sold on a monthly or yearly subscription basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Your card statement will show the charge as a Paddle charge.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the pricing page or the customer portal. When you switch plans, the change takes effect immediately with a prorated credit for the unused time. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period.
We work hard to keep Ledger available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The prioritized action list is generated by an AI model from the items you enter. It may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions, verifying dates and amounts yourself, and deciding what to act on. Do not rely on the AI output as a substitute for professional advice.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these terms. When your access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period; you may request an export of your data before deletion by contacting us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Forth Living is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our total aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
